Welcome to Mill Hill BJJ - LUMPINI SOUTHAMPTON which is based in the modern and revered gym of Lumpini Southampton (Oceans Gym). Our Head Instructor is Roger Gracie Black Belt Nick Brooks, who comes from London and runs the class every Saturday 11-1pm.
We also hold an open mat session every Friday evening, where you can roll (fight) or try out techniques with fellow team mates. Our parent Academy is Mill Hill BJJ in London where our head instructor Nick Brooks is based.
First Lesson is free, so all it will cost you initially is your own spare time!!
